Shipping turnaround

Orders made before 12 PM ET will typically ship the same business day, while orders made after 12 PM ET will typically ship the next business day.

Note that shipping speeds may vary and any windows provided are the general estimates from our fulfillment vendor, and carrier delays can occur without warning. "Standard" shipping: 4-7 business days (US). "Priority" shipping: 1-3 business days (US). No overnight options are available for international shipments or orders placed on weekends. Overnight orders placed on Thursday afternoon will arrive on Monday.

International shipping

IMPORTANT NOTE: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THEIR ORDERS. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY THESE DUTIES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OR TO PICK UP YOUR SHIPMENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTIMATING AND PAYING ANY APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES. We will not refund shipping fees as a result of unexpected customs duties. For international shipments, shipping speeds vary. We plan to stock warehouses in Canada, the EU, and the UK in the future, however all shipments are currently facilitated from US-based warehouses.

Fair Shipping Policy

We do not set shipping rates. Our store uses automated, carrier-calculated estimates for shipping rates, meaning we never add surcharges to shipping fees. The "standard" shipping option in checkout often represents the best available rate to your delivery address.
